Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment we require 48 hours notice.

Prepayment Requirement:

All appointments must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. This applies to both new and existing clients.

No-Show Policy:

No-Show Definition: A "No-Show" is defined as missing an appointment without prior cancellation or providing notice within the specified timeframe.

  • No-Show Fee: In the event of a No-Show, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the client's account or credit card used for prepayment.

  • Confirmation Notifications: We will send appointment reminders via email to help you remember your upcoming appointments. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to manage your scheduled services.

Promotional Package Policy:

At Slim Sister, we are pleased to offer special promotional packages to our valued clients as a token of appreciation for your loyalty. These packages are designed to provide excellent value for our services. However, please be aware of the following policy regarding promotional packages:

  • Non-Refundable: All promotional packages, once purchased, are non-refundable. We are unable to provide refunds, full or partial, for any unused portion of the package.

  • Non-Transferable: Promotional packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or entity who purchased them.

  • Expiration Date: Each promotional package may have an expiration date specified at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the client to use the services within the designated timeframe. Expired packages cannot be extended or refunded.

  • Service Availability: Services included in the promotional package are subject to availability. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are based on our regular business hours and availability.

  • Service Modifications: The services included in the promotional package cannot be modified, substituted, or exchanged for other services or products.

  • No Cash Value: Promotional packages have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or used as payment for other services or products.

Medical Clearance Acknowledgment Policy

This clearance should confirm that the client is medically suitable for the intended treatment.

Consultation: Clients must complete a consultation that covers any possible contraindications and the necessary medical clearance from their healthcare professional. This documentation should include details of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or other factors that could impact the safety or effectiveness of the treatment.

Informed Consent: Clients must complete and sign an informed consent form, acknowledging that they have obtained medical clearance and have provided accurate information about their medical history.

Treatment Adjustments: Based on the information provided and in consultation with our practitioners, we may make treatment adjustments to ensure your safety and the desired outcome.

No Liability: By obtaining medical clearance and signing the informed consent form, clients acknowledge that Slim Sister and its practitioners bear no liability for any adverse reactions, complications, or results arising from the treatment, provided that the treatment was administered in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

Continual Communication: We encourage open and ongoing communication between clients and our practitioners regarding any changes in their medical status, medications, or other relevant information that may affect their treatments.

This Medical Clearance Acknowledgment Policy is in place to prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by all of our policies and the necessary collection of information needed to keep our clients safe No-Show Policy and understand the associated fees. Expiry: 12 months - limited

Sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused, regular-priced sessions will expire 12 months from the initial date.

Promotional Packages must be used within their assigned timeframe as unused portions cannot be refunded.
